Returns & Exchanges

At Tiny Girl, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
